The machine model gets over the time-consuming problem of clamping
and adjusting the workpiece in the traditional single worktable
gantry machining center, which seriously occupies the machining
time of the machine tool. It effectively improve the chip time of
the running spindle, so that to increase the productivity of
machining. The machining and the clamping of the part can be
conducted simultaneously in the site of the workshop.The double
worktables structure features simplicity and practicability, so
that it can be widely applicable to the highly efficiently
machining of heavy parts in the industries as machine tool,
engineering equipment, automobile, and shipbuilding etc.
Whole structure of mechanical part：
High rigidity: The finite element analysis is been done for the
five main castings of the machine tool. The rib reinforcement is
deployed reasonably to keep the good torsional strength. The whole
machine possesses sufficient rigidity and strength to avoid the
occurrence of vibration and deformation in any cutting condition.
Exchangeable worktable：
The gantry exchangeable worktable structure, which is originated in
China, is adopted in the machine tool to improve the machining
efficiency and save the machining time.
The multi-cylinder synchronous driving technology is adopted in the
exchanging of the worktable, so as to ensure the stable and
reliable lifting and descending of the table board. When the table
board is lifting, it keeps the horizontality, even though it’s
asymmetrically loaded in one side.
The large diameter cylinder filled with high pressure oil is
adopted to guarantee the reliability of the table board clamping.
The traditional structure of one plane and two pins” is adopted to
guarantee the repositioning accuracy.
X/Y/Z-axis：
The bed is made of HT300 cast iron, and its base is full of the rib
reinforcements. By heat treatment for many times, the internal
stress was eliminated.
The X axis guideway is made with european 4-row roller linear
guideway that is supported by six sliders, in order to endure the
heavy cutting and big torque.
X-axis is synchronously driven by two big power AC servomotors
though gearbox. Low backslash gear box and high accuracy pinion and
rack were introduced to provide stable transmission, Low noise and
positioning accuracy. Consequently, it acquires the characteristics
as stable transmission, low noise and high transmission positioning
accuracy.
High accuracy grating scale is equipped as position feedback
detecting element to guarantee the high, stable and reliable
positioning accuracy and repositioning accuracy and high
durability.
Spindle：
Vertical/horizontal two-purpose high power spindle, can be indexed
horizontally, The rigidity of the spindle is improved to meet the
requirement of the rough machining due to the application of 4 in
front and 2 in back” structure of bearing arrangement. Two-speed
variable gear box made by ZF Company in Germany is adopted to
increase the driving torque of the main motor. The high power oil
cooler is applied to pour the oil to the spindle continuously in
order to precisely control the temperature, so that the heat
radiated from spindle motor and bearing timely to ensure spindle
accuracy.
Lubrication system：
Automatic lubrication unit, controlled b CNC system, can lubricate
various oil sites regularly. It has the function of pressure and
liquid level detecting to carry out the real time monitoring of the
lubrication system, so as to ensure the proper functioning of the
lubrication system. If any error occurs, the CNC system can alarm
immediately to remind the operator to clear it.
