CK78 series full function CNC lathe

The CK78 series full function axis CNC lathe is the design of the one bed base, with slant guideway of 45° or 60° degree, the rectangle LM guideway is coated with anti-slip material.

Machine characteristics：

The spindle adopts the structure design of high precision and rigidity. The spindle unit is optimized in design and reasonable span. The large angular contact ball bearings of the spindle provide strong radial and axial strength to support heavy cutting. The spindle unit adopts closed lubrication system. The headstock adopts the design without gears.

Adopt the precision electric tool turret from Italy, which can realize heavy cutting under high rigidity, select tool from two ways and in vicinity and change tool rapidly.

Both of X and Z axis are driven by AC servo motor.

Adopt hydraulic power three-jaw chunk and cylinder from Taiwan.

Adopt hydraulic tailstock, spindle structure and the quill can be programmed.

Adopt the full guard design of the appearance and consider safety protection measures of several standards, such as safety device of cabinet, interlock on the sliding door, safety glass of sliding door, barrier structure, alarming device.

The isolated-type structure between the chip conveyor and water tank planned meticulously improves the life span of the device and it is more convenient to clean the tank. The high-head soft pump is adopted for the cooling system, where you can achieve stronger cooling effective.

Machining Applications：

Be applicable to machining the axis or disc type part, which geometry shape and various sizes are complicated, also requires high accuracy.

Be applicable to machining the parts with cylindrical surface, conical surface, treppe surface, spherical surface and other rotational curved surface.

Be applicable to machining the variety of metric (British) female (male) threads.

Be applicable to turning cylindrical form, slotting, chamfering, drilling, expanding, reaming and boring.
