High rigidity: The finite element analysis is been done for the
four big castings of the machine tool. The X-shaped rib
reinforcement is deployed reasonably and scientifically to endure
the heavy torque and impact.
High accuracy and good dimension stability: the worktable, bed,
columns , all parts of headstock are all made of high grade cast
iron and are treated to remove the internal stress. All the parts
are assembled according to the design accuracy to endure the
long-term and heavy load work.
Heavy load capacity of guideway: After being quenched, the guideway
has good wear resistance and stable workability.
The fully enclosed protection is adopted for the appearance of the
machine tool. It has excellent waterproofness. The appearance is
elegant and reliable.
Powerful control system:equipped with full digital AC servo system,
the function of software is plentiful. Also equipped with standard
RS-232 interface and LCD monitor, the machine tool can realize the
high speed and highly accurate AI contouring control.
Auto-lubrication: The automatic centralized lubricating devise is
adopted to guarantee the sufficient and reliable lubrication.
Rotary worktable is CNC closed-loop controlled, and can be in
discretional 360° indexing positioned. The hydraulic clamping device is
attached.
