CKS7815 is a 3-axis（2-axis synchronous motion）CNC lathe with double spindle and single turret. The double
spindles are positioned oppositely and turret is on the upside of
the spindles. It is possible to make complicated parts finish
machining by once fixture.
Machine characteristic：
One body bed casting; High accuracy rolling guide way features high
stability.
Adopt the most advanced AC spindle motor and AC build-in electric
spindle for the main driving system. The main spindle is fixed on
the bed, the power is transmitted to the main spindle by belt and
the sub-spindle and spindle are positioned oppositely, which can
move freely at the direction of Z axis and the power directly acts
on the sub-spindle by build-in electric spindle.
The turret from Italy has 12 tool stations driven by servo power.
The two sides disc works for either main spindle and sub-spindle.
Both of X and Z axis are driven by AC servo motor. hydraulic power
three-jaw chunk connects cylinders.
The full guard design with multiple safety protection measures,
includes safety device of cabinet, protection on the switch of the
sliding door, tempered glass of sliding door or barrier structure,
alarming device..
The isolated-type structure between the chip conveyor and water
tank planned meticulously improves the life time of the device and
it is more convenient to clean the tank. The high-head soft pump is
adopted for the cooling system, where you can achieve stronger
cooling effective.
