The LV series vertical CNC lathe is the machining equipment of
fixed vertical column bicoordinate 2-axis synchronous motion. The
machine has some basic functions, such as turning external circle,
edge face, drilling, boring, tapping and so on. It has higher
precision for part machining and is suitable to manufacture big,
heavy and erose parts. FANUC 0i-TD control system and AC servo
motor is selected for the machine.
Machine characteristic：
The machine has fixed vertical base, large-section rectangle slide
guideway and a sliding mass of saddle with counterweight, which can
make full use of the advantage of the machining scope of high
rigidity.
The spindle unit adopts quill structure with high rigidity, the
bearing adopts the combination form of imported double roll angular
contact ball bearing with high precision and cylindrical roller
bearings, which have high rigidity and can meet the stressed
requirement at the radial and axial direction to the full extent.
Base, saddle, sliding mass, column and headstock are all resin sand
casting.
The ball screw is preloaded, which has better rigidity and high
precision.
Standard configures the world-class control system, FANUC. The
SIEMENS control system can be selected according to user’s
requirement.
Spindle motor of FANUC Pi series featuring high/low speed
conversion.
AC feeding servo motor is FANUC Pi series.
Full guard design.
Water tank and chip removal box are separated which is convention
for clean.
Centrilised automatic lubrication device.
